Our platform operates on a commission-based model:

• No upfront fees for listing your property
• Commission fees are deducted from successful bookings
• Payments are processed within 24-48 hours after guest checkout
• You are responsible for applicable taxes on your earnings
• Refund policies are subject to our cancellation terms

You may not use our platform to:

• List properties you do not own or have authorization to rent
• Provide false or misleading information about your property
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Violate any local laws or regulations
• Discriminate against guests
• Circumvent our booking and payment systems
• Use the platform for commercial purposes other than property rental

FarmhouseBooking.in acts as an intermediary platform connecting property owners with guests. We are not responsible for:

• The condition, safety, or legality of listed properties
• The accuracy of property descriptions or photos
• The conduct of property owners or guests
• Any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur
• Disputes between property owners and guests

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.
